1 October Museum Studies Welcoming Reception for Mas; meet and greet session with academics and current PhD research students. Also successfully completed re-registration process and turned in an ‘Annual Report’ for 2011-2012.

Personal Challenge: Malingering and extremely nasty cold/sinus infection with bronchial cough commencing last weekend of September through to the end of October.

Health problems and moving house challenged my short-term research progress throughout the autumnal term of 2012-2013.

02 October Ross Parry reviews essay assessment with MA students; PhD markers requested be in attendance (this is a part of the departmental training requirements for PhD markers in Museum Studies).

16 October 8-5:30 Chaperoned MA field trip to Yorkshire Sculpture Park. Entered marks/comments into departmental database upon return from YSP from 5:30-7.
